It is up to EXIM BANK and USDA alone to lend or not and to guarantee or not to whom and with whom they wish to do so .
Our role and responsibility is to sell you American products, which are the best on the international market and to present your file to EXIM BANK and or USDA for its eligibility for a guarantee or a loan.
They alone are authorized to lend or not and to guarantee or not to our clients.

The entire file must be in English , under the letterhead of the entity carrying the file and under the signature and stamp of the person morally and/or administratively responsible .
All files ( company statutes , RCCM , purchase orders , contracts , among others) must be photocopied in color , translated into English and authenticated by a notary (preferably at the US embassy in the country) in accordance with the originals.
Audited and certified accounts for the last three years, under the stamp of the Chartered Accountant, with bank statements dated less than six (06) months with the bank stamp , translated into English and authenticated by a notary (preferably at the US embassy in the country) in conformity with the originals.

FOLLOWING PROCEDURE
IMPORTANT
All equipment must be 100% US-sourced and, depending on the program chosen, a 15% deposit may be required. A letter of intent to purchase, under the institution's letterhead and signed and stamped by the legally responsible person, is addressed to BF SUARL, INC., see the model in English and French with the amount of financing if necessary with a letter of commitment to pay the 15% according to the program chosen, all included. For the programs mentioned, you will understand that it is the purchase of American materials from an American company (BF SUARL, INC.) which gives you the benefit of credits and guarantees.

IMPORTANT
If all the documents are in order, EXIM BANK or the USDA or the American private banks, which alone lend and/or guarantee to our clients, will have to validate or invalidate the file .
You must pay first:

$5,000 US (Five Thousand Dollars) through our website, for the acceptance of your application and its online publication. This amount is non-refundable unless the application is approved by EXIM BANK or the USDA or private American banks.
After validation of your file, you must participate in the costs towards our company .
You will find through YOUR RESERVATION , the amount to pay us proportionally to the amount of the file to be acquired.
We must sign a Non-Disclosure and Non-Eviction Agreement with you, the client, and with the intermediary broker . If you have any additional questions, please call us, we are here for you.
