Service Description

Payment for the acceptance and posting of your application as a STATE, STATE DEPARTMENTS (Ministries, Agencies), or LOCAL AUTHORITIES (Town Halls, Municipalities, Cities, Departments, Regions) is mandatory. It involves a mandatory payment of $5,000 US (Five Thousand US Dollars) to our company. This $5,000 US amount is valid for any application, regardless of its amount. These funds, deposited as part of the acceptance, if necessary, for posting your application on the platforms for eligibility programs, do not in any way imply its acceptance or rejection. These funds are non-refundable if your application is rejected, but they are deductible from your contribution to the costs if your application is accepted. If your approval is approved and your financing agreement letter is received from the US financial institutions on "Agreement, online, STATE files," a mandatory payment of funds (cost contributions) will be made immediately to our company. The Client agrees not to obtain financing from EXIM BANK, the USDA, or any other U.S. financial institution, provided by BUSINESS FINANCE SUARL, INC., directly or through third parties, without the prior written consent of our company, for a period of five (5) years from the date of this agreement, except through BF SUARL, INC. and unless a separate agreement is entered into for such services. The Client understands and agrees that BUSINESS FINANCE SUARL, INC., is an independent company and is not authorized to make financial commitments on behalf of any U.S. financial institution.
