Service Description

Beforehand, you must pay for the acceptance and posting of your application. This involves a mandatory deposit of $400 USD (Four Hundred US Dollars) to our company. This amount of $400 USD (Four Hundred US Dollars) is valid for an application of at least $160,000 USD. These funds ($400 USD), deposited as part of the acceptance of your application by our company, if necessary, and its posting on the platforms for eligibility programs, do not in any way imply its acceptance or rejection. These funds ($400 USD) are non-refundable if your application is rejected, but they are deductible from your contribution to the costs if your application is accepted. Payment of $400 USD constitutes your acceptance of the contractual terms of this agreement. In the event of a favorable opinion and upon receipt of your letter of agreement for financing from American financial institutions on "Project File Commitment + 6 Billion," a mandatory payment of funds (cost sharing) will be made immediately to our company. The Client agrees not to obtain financing from EXIM BANK or the USDA, provided by BUSINESS FINANCE SUARL, INC., directly or through third parties, without our company's prior written consent, for a period of five (5) years from the date of this agreement, except through BF SUARL, INC. and a separate agreement for such services. The Client understands and agrees that BUSINESS FINANCE SUARL, INC., is an independent company and is not authorized to make financial commitments on behalf of EXIM BANK or the USDA.
