Beforehand, you must pay for the acceptance and posting of your application online. This involves a mandatory deposit of $200 USD (Two Hundred US Dollars) to our company. This amount of $200 USD (Two Hundred US Dollars) is valid for an application of up to $158,000 USD. It is deposited as part of our company's acceptance of your application, if necessary. Posting it online on the platforms for eligibility programs does not in any way imply its acceptance or rejection. These funds ($200 USD) are non-refundable if your application is rejected, but they are deductible from your contribution to the costs if your application is accepted. Payment of $200 USD constitutes your acceptance of the contractual terms of this agreement. If your approval is approved and you receive a letter of approval for financing from a US financial institution for "Small Files," a mandatory payment of funds (fee contributions) will be made immediately to our company. This payment of your contribution to the costs, as part of our obligation to deliver results on your file, is made through this website or by bank transfer to our bank account designated below: First Century Bank Bank name: First Century Bank Bank address: 1731 N Elm St Commerce, GA 30529 USA Routing (ABA): 061120084 Account number: 4028499982925 Account type: CHECKING Beneficiary name: BUSINESS FINANCE SUARL INC If the guarantee or loan is not executed by the Client due to refusal or inability to continue the process after accepting a commitment from EXIM BANK or the USDA, the remaining costs are immediately due and payable in full. The Client agrees not to obtain financing from EXIM BANK or the USDA, provided by BUSINESS FINANCE SUARL, INC., directly or through third parties, without our company's prior written consent, for a period of five (5) years from the date of this agreement, except through BF SUARL, INC. and a separate agreement for such services. The Client understands and agrees that BUSINESS FINANCE SUARL, INC., is an independent company and is not authorized to make financial commitments on behalf of EXIM BANK or the USDA.
