Service Description

Beforehand, you must pay for the acceptance and posting of your application. This involves a mandatory deposit of $5,000 USD (Five Thousand US Dollars) to our company. This $5,000 USD deposit is valid for any application, regardless of its amount. These funds ($5,000 USD), deposited as part of the acceptance of your application by our company, if necessary, and its posting on the platforms for eligibility programs, do not in any way imply its acceptance or rejection. These funds ($5,000 USD) are non-refundable if your application is rejected, but they are deductible from your contribution to the costs if your application is accepted. Payment of $5,000 USD constitutes your acceptance of the contractual terms of this contract. In the event of a favorable opinion and upon receipt of your financing agreement letter from the American financial institutions on "Small State or Community File", a mandatory payment of funds (cost contributions) is made immediately to our company. The Client agrees not to obtain financing from EXIM BANK, the USDA, or any U.S. financial institution, provided by BUSINESS FINANCE SUARL, INC., directly or through third parties, without our company's prior written consent, for a period of five (5) years from the date of this agreement, except through BF SUARL, INC. and unless a separate agreement is entered into for such services. The Client understands and agrees that BUSINESS FINANCE SUARL, INC., is an independent company and is not authorized to make financial commitments on behalf of EXIM BANK, the USDA, or any U.S. financial institution.
